Integrated headset

Of all the forms of headset developed, the integrated version is surely the most practical.
Installation does not require any special tools, and is done quickly.
The integrated headsets, unlike the external or semi-integrated ones, use exclusively sealed ring bearings.
These bearings consist of two nested cylinders, in which balls are contained.
These balls are arranged in relation to each other by means of a cage that holds them in position.
The main advantage of this type of bearing is the sealing.
The balls are isolated from external aggressions, which reduces the size of the balls, and also increases the life of the bearings.
In addition, since the external dimensions of the bearings are standardized, they can easily be replaced by new ones, without affecting the rest of the headset.
