Those who love their electric bike, their transport bike, or bikes in general, protect it as well as possible - even against theft attempts with cordless angle grinders.

Great attention was paid during the development of the GRANIT™ Super Extreme 2500 to achieve the best possible resistance against attacks with cordless electric grinders; as this type of theft attempt on bike locks is increasingly observed in big cities. Our special tungsten carbide mix around the handle and body of the lock is the answer to this phenomenon and makes the thieves' job extremely difficult. The shackle, the housing, and the locking elements are made from specially cemented steel.

Thus, the extremely robust U-lock in its quality protects bikes against brutal theft attempts. With the ABUS XPlus™ cylinder, it offers additional protection against skilled breaking-in methods such as lock picking.

The USH 2500 lock holder is easy to install on the wheel: Metal straps covered with plastic and optional screw holes ensure flexibility. To prevent the lock from rattling during transit, it is securely fixed in the USH 2500 by both ends of the shackle.

The large closing range of the shackle allows for quickly and easily finding many attachment options. But thieves have a tough time with this sturdy bike lock: Because here, even the cordless grinder hits granite.
