The CS-M8200 represents the evolution of HYPERGLIDE + gear shifting. The new tooth profiles of the cassette sprockets improve gear changes under heavy loads while remaining smooth, quick, and durable. It is also compatible with MICRO SPLINE and made with steel and alloy sprockets to optimise weight and durability.

• Freehub compatibility: the CS-M8200 is compatible with a MICRO SPLINE freehub. The 9-45 D is compatible with a MICRO SPLINE freehub and is mounted using a special locking tool (TL-LR021).
