Bombtrack Bike Tension

Our "base" bike is anything but that, as it incorporates everything we’ve learned from our Elite Racer Gosse van der Meer’s racing bike. The Tension features a lightweight aluminium frame and a full carbon fork, a Sram Rival 1x drivetrain suited for muddy conditions, and 160 mm hydraulic brakes. We’ve fitted 32 mm XCX Vee tyres on the 650b XS - S sizes and 33 mm Schwalbe X-one Allround tyres on the M-XL models. The frame is equipped with mounts for racks and fenders, and the cassette is slightly more convenient with wider gears if you want to use it for biking trips with a loaded pannier or daily commutes. No one says you have to race all the time - just on the weekends, right?
